An independent review of the systems for making new medicines available across NHS Scotland has been published.
The Charter of Patient Rights and Responsibilities is the first time the NHS in Scotland has indicated what people can expect from them, and what they should be able to offer as a minimum service.

GP patient experience survey - 29 May 2012
This is now a routine survey that patients can fill in after seeing their GP. Around 90% are happy with the service. Out of hours care is less good, with only 72% happy.
