How can I set up a Personalised Tribute Fund?
It's extremely simple to set up a fund. We handle all the administration and will provide you with regular updates on how your fund is growing.
- Simply complete the application form and return it to us.
- Once we have received your completed form we will set up your fund and allocate you a unique Personalised Fund Number (PFN). We will write to you with these details.
- The name of your fund will be "The MS Trust Tribute Fund for [First name] [Surname]" eg The MS Trust Tribute Fund for John Smith.
- Get started - you can start fundraising immediately and we will add donations to your fund as soon it has been created. Donations can be made online, by phone or post and if you can Gift Aid them we can reclaim the tax at no further cost to you. Please make cheques payable to 'MS Trust Tribute Fund for [first name] [surname]' and don't forget to let us know your fund name and PFN whenever you make a donation.
- If you have chosen to set up a Personalised Tribute Fund page on our website, we will use the information in your application form to create it. The page can include a photograph, information about the person you are honouring, the fund total, and information about how to donate.
- You can also set up a dedicated website to collect donations online from family and friends at any time. Simply go to www.justgiving.com/mstrust, follow the instructions, and don't forget to let us know so we can include the donations in your fund.
- Spread the word - tell your friends and family about the fund and watch it grow.
