Chef Martin Wishart gave Edinburgh its first Michelin Star in 2001 and, more recently, received the title of Scottish Chef of the Year 2006. We're really pleased that he kindly agreed to donate these delicious recipes. Steven Saunders began his career at a young age in The Savoy in London. He has appeared regularly on TV programmes over the years, including Ready Steady Cook and This Morning, and has run a number of highly regarded and award-winning restaurants including most recently, Steven Saunders of Newmarket.
