Sending in your donation

Please collect all your donations and then send them in with your host donation form and your completed invitations (for Gift Aid purposes).

By post:

MS Trust, FREEPOST SG429, Letchworth Garden City, Herts, SG6 4YA

  • Please ensure all cheques are made payable to 'MS Trust'
  • Write your name on the back of each cheque
  • Enclose your completed host donation form and invitations
  • Please do not send cash by post

Online via JustGiving.com:

You can set up a fundraising page at JustGiving.com and give your guests the option to make donations online. If you use an online page, we will receive the money you have raised, and the Gift Aid, automatically.

Click here to create your page then give the address to all your friends, sit back and watch your total grow!

By telephone:

If you have a credit or debit card, you can call us on 01462 476700, between 9am and 5pm, and we can take a payment over the phone. Please tell us that your donation is regarding My Supper for MS.

Online donation via the MS Trust website:

You can pay your donation to the MS Trust online. Click here to donate

  • Please ensure you state the reason for your donation (My Supper for MS)
  • Please also return your completed host donation form and invitations

Direct into our bank account:

If you would like to pay the money directly into our bank account, please ask us for the details. Please remember to let us know when you have made a payment.
