How much will it cost?

£349 registration fee + £3,100 minimum sponsorship. The actual costs of the trip are £1,550 so the MS Trust receives £1,550 plus every penny raised over the minimum sponsorship. The sponsorship raised will enable the MS Trust to take positive steps to improve the lives of people living with MS today.

Is the trip for me?

People of all ages and from all walks of life take part in these fantastic challenges and what everyone has in common is the desire to do something amazing for a great cause! Some people come with friends or family but most people won't know anyone else on the trip so it's a great opportunity to make new friends! Everyone is welcome!

How fit do I need to be?

If you want to get the very best out of the trip it's imperative that you train. Once you have reserved your place on the trip we will give you training hints and tips.

Will you help me?

YES! We have a dedicated event manager who will be on hand to look after you every step of the way. The confirmation pack you will be sent upon booking will include everything you need to know and we are always just a phone call away if you need any help, advice or you just want a good chin-wag!

What's the food like?

We'll enjoy traditional Chinese cuisine. Vegetarian diets can be catered for.

Will I be able to raise the sponsorship money?

YES! So long as you start in good time you'll find that you can easily raise more than the minimum. Our information pack contains some simple fundraising ideas and we will support you every step of the way in achieving your targets and making your fundraising fun and easy! Can I stay on in China for longer?

YES! For a nominal administration fee your flight can be extended (subject to availability).This will give you the opportunity to discover more of this amazing country independently.

What do I need to bring?

We'll send you a full packing list when you register - no specialist kit required.

Will you carry my luggage whilst I'm trekking?

YES! Your luggage will be carried separately in one of the support vehicles. You'll just need to carry those essentials like water, sun tan lotion and a camera!

When should I book my place on the trip?

TODAY! Places are limited and they go really quickly so book soon to avoid disappointment.
