Tough Guy challenge
Richard Greenwood, Martin Madsen and Rob Emes took part in the Tough Guy endurance event in March 2008 and have raised £328 for the MS Trust.
Organisers describe the challenge as a "physically challenging, mentally demanding, fear inducing, visual spectacular" and to make it even tougher, the team completed it in the snow!
Richard told us, "As per the picture, it was very cold!! But we all got round. And it is especially good to know that we could raise a small sum of cash in the process."
