Just Walk is a fantastic sponsored walk across the picturesque South Downs designed to suit all ages and abilities. Why not sign up to take part in this event and use it as an opportunity to get fit as well as raise money for the MS Trust?
The walk starts from Goodwood Racecourse near Chichester in an area of outstanding scenery which is easily accessible to visitors. Now in its fourth year, the 2010 Just Walk offers four different distances to choose from:
- The 10 km route, ideal for a family day out
- The 20 km route, suitable for all ages and abilities
- The 40 km route, a rewarding challenge to complete
- Or the BIG 60 km route, a tough but achievable challenge!
Once you have paid your registration fee ALL the money you raise will come to the MS Trust. The amount you pay to register will depend on the distance you choose (from £15 per walker for the 10 km route (under 12's free) to £65 for the 60 km route), but included within your registration fee is all the food and drink you'll need for the event, plus a meal at the finish.

Not only did we have the support of two people who had previously trekked in Peru for us, but we were also delighted that 5 MS nurses donned their MS Trust T-shirts and supported us through Just Walk!
Just Walk 2009 was a huge success. 720 walkers took part, representing over 100 charities, and raising approximately £248,000!
