Top tips for supporting the MS Trust this Christmas
Here are some fantastic ways to support the MS Trust this festive season! We hope some of these will also help you with your Christmas plans...
- Buy your Christmas cards direct from the MS Trust and we will receive 100% of the profit.
- Do your Christmas shopping online at your favourite stores, and raise money for the MS Trust while you shop!
- Instead of giving presents this Christmas, consider donating to an MS Trust project. We can send a special thank you letter for the person receiving the gift if you let us know the details.
- Get the most out of your Christmas party; you could charge a small entry fee, hold a raffle or simply put a collection tin by the buffet and collect donations!
- Hold a Christmas themed fancy dress day at your school or place of work.
- Make and sell Christmas cookies at your school or place of work.
- Go carol singing in your local area or collect donations in your Church's Christmas service; you can use our carol song sheets (pdf).
- Hold a Christmas themed quiz with colleagues, or even piggy-back an existing quiz at your local pub, simply ask for proceeds to go to the MS Trust.
- Hold a Christmas collection or bag packing day at your local supermarket, but remember to get permission.
- Hold a Christmas My Supper for MS dinner party; don't forget the mulled wine and mince pies!
- Hold a sprout eating contest at your Christmas party!
- Sell unwanted Christmas gifts on ebay or hold a car boot sale.
- Hold a classic Christmas film night with friends or family. Your guests can donate to attend, and remember to ask everyone to bring snacks!
- Buy your Christmas Thank You cards, designed exclusively for the MS Trust by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.
