What to do with the money you raise

You can wait until you have collected all your sponsorship and donations, and send it all together, or you can send in a little at a time as you collect it. We will keep a record of your total.

If you would like us to write and thank one or two of your supporters - perhaps someone who gave a lot of help or someone who was particularly generous – please let us have their name and address and the reason you have asked us to write to them. Let us know if you'd like us to print a poster for you to display, e.g. at work, or in the pub, to thank everyone who sponsored you

Please remember to return your completed sponsor forms so we can claim Gift Aid.

How to send your donation to the MS Trust

By post:

MS Trust, Spirella Building, Bridge Road, Letchworth SG6 4ET

  • Please ensure all cheques are made payable to 'MS Trust'
  • Write your name on the back of each cheque and enclose a note with your address and details of your event
  • Enclose your completed sponsor forms so we can claim Gift Aid
  • Please do not send cash by post

Online via JustGiving.com:

You can create a fundraising page at JustGiving.com and people can sponsor you easily and securely online. If you use an online page, we will receive the money you have raised, and the Gift Aid, automatically.

By telephone:

If you have a credit or debit card, you can call us on 01462 476700, between 9am and 5pm, Mon-Fri, and we can take a payment over the phone. Don't forget to tell us how you raised the money.

Direct into our bank account:

If you would like to pay the money directly into our bank account, please ask us for the details. Please remember to let us know when you have made a payment.
