18 months ago Clare Wallace lost feeling in a leg and got the first inkling that she might have MS. A couple of weeks ago she cycled over 300 miles raising over £5,000 to support the work of the MS Trust. Here she explains how and why the journey began.

Glyn Brackenbury, who has MS, spent just over a month kayaking from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise funds for the MS Trust. He reached the end of his journey safely in John O'Groats yesterday (20 May).

Over £300,000 raised last year by our runners

In 2012, 555 of our supporters took part in sponsored runs and collectively raised £308,186 for the MS Trust. This is enough to cover the cost of all the publications we sent out last year to people with MS and health professionals. Thank you to all our runners, your hard work really does make a difference!
