Nominate your MS nurse for our My Super Nurse award!

MS Awareness Week is finally here and we thought it would be good to give you the chance to say thank you to the MS nurses who have made a difference to your life.
We know not everyone has access to an MS nurse, but the majority of people who do see an MS specialist nurse tell us that they provide a fantastic service.
If you believe your MS Nurse has gone the extra mile, why not nominate them for the My Super Nurse award? This is your chance to tell the world how important your MS nurse really is!
We have already had some lovely submissions from people with MS whose nurses have supported them in a time of need;
I have had so much support and advice since I was diagnosed in June last year. Every time I need some help, or just someone to listen to me moan, they have been on the other end of the phone, or email to just be there. Can't thank them enough
So if your nurse is indeed a Super MS Nurse, nominate them before midday on Wednesday 2 May and we will send your MS nurse a thank you card; the nurse who receives the most nominations will be announced on Tuesday 8 May and will receive a special prize.
