Help us spread the word

Multiple sclerosis is a complex condition which is often misunderstood. By raising awareness of MS, and our work supporting people living with the condition, you’ll help ensure everyone with MS gets the support and information they need.

On this page you can find a collection of infographics and posters which you can use to help people understand more about MS and what it's like to live with it.

Please contact us for ideas and materials to help you raise awareness of MS - email fundraising@mstrust.org.uk or call 01462 476700.

Set up an information stand or hold an information event

You could set up an MS information stand at work, in your local library, your GP surgery, a local hospital or therapy centre, or anywhere that you think might reach people who would like to find out more about MS. Or you could organise an event with friends, colleagues or family to help give them a better understanding of MS and its effects. We can provide you with materials and information to display, whether you are doing this on a small or large scale.

Write a letter to your local newspaper

Write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper. The local press are always looking for good letters to print, and the letters to the editor section is a must-read. You could share your MS story or just spread some facts about MS.
