Sources of further information and support
Further information from the MS Trust
At the MS Trust, we believe that helping people to access the right information at the right time is the most important part of our job. We provide that information directly to people with MS themselves, and we provide it indirectly by educating and informing nurses and health professionals who then pass on their knowledge to people with MS.
- There is more information on specific aspects to MS in the A to Z section
- The I am... newly diagnosed page collects links to items from the MS Trust website that may be of interest to someone recently diagnosed with MS.
- We also organise regular internet chatroom sessions, with the opportunity to put your questions to a panel of experts. Transcripts of previous sessions are available on the Chatroom pages.
- The MS Trust's experienced information team is on hand to answer questions and to research specific topics on your behalf. email the Information Team or ring us on 01462 476700
- The MS Trust Information Team also produces a selection of books and factsheets, which can be ordered or downloaded from the Publications page. Please note, we can only post information to enquirers in the UK.

This features contributions from a range of leading healthcare professionals, including a neurologist, a specialist psychologist, nurse, dietician and therapists. The DVD also features interviews with people with MS, sharing personal reflections and experience of living with MS. To view an excerpt or to order a copy visit the Publications page.
