So I went for my flu jab last Saturday. I was impressed by the speedyness of it all, there were lots of people there still I was out and in there in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know if it was because of the speed of it or that it was a doctor and not a nurse, but I got a giant bruise from the shot, both around the injection site and all around it almost like someone punched me hard on the arm.
Anyway I felt alright after it, maybe a bit tired but nothing else. Now I just have to wait for my swine flu one (or two as they seem to be two separate injections). On the note of flu seems my mum has got it at the moment. Not sure if it is the good old fashioned one or the piggy one.
Today i got a bit of a sore throat and feel very lethargic, but I think it is due to lack of sleep. Tycho was awake for most of the night with owie gums. He has tiny tiny little pegs starting to show now.
Right I better go give the boy his bath and then hopefully some sleep tonight!
