Getting to know the MS Trust

2008 Logo Competition Winner

The MS Trust is in contact with 35, 000 people affected by MS; that's people with MS, their families, friends and the health care professionals who help manage MS. Most people have got to know about us via our publications, our website and many from our Christmas Cards!

Health professionals generally become aware of us through our educational events and publications; every new MS nurse in the UK attends the Development Module in Clinical MS run by the MS Trust and our Way Ahead newsletter for healthcare professionals goes out to nearly 5,000 people.

Most people know that the MS Trust provides and funds information that is tailored to what people want to know, education for health professionals about what people with MS need, research into better management of MS and support for anyone affected by MS, but we thought that this year people might like to learn a little bit more about what we actually do at the MS Trust on a day to day basis.

Each department of the MS Trust has therefore written about themselves and what they do in this section of the website. We hope that you will want to work alongside us during MS Awareness Week 2009 and help us to make the most of this fantastic opportunity to encourage people across the UK to learn more about what it means to have MS.
