Letchworth based musician Tom Donovan and his band Mr Speaker have released an original Christmas song and are holding various events in the run up to Christmas to raise funds for the MS Trust.

The group released an original Christmas single on 24 November called 'It's Christmastime', which can be purchased for less than £1 from iTunes, Amazon, Play.com or Muziki Online with all profits to MS Trust. Please buy a copy and help us to get this great charity single up the charts!
Mr Speaker are also hosting and performing at a number of gigs in the run up to Christmas, kicking off on Saturday 1 December with the 'It's Christmastime' launch day and Letchworth Garden City Christmas light switch on. If you live in or around north Hertfordshire and can make it along to support the band at any of the events, please do.
As well as all of this, they are putting together an album of Christmas songs with contributions from other local bands, which can be purchased at any of their events or from David's Music in Letchworth. Sales of this album will also benefit the MS Trust.
The band have been getting fantastic support from local radio stations such as 106 Jack FM and BBC 3 Counties Radio who have interviewed them and added 'It's Christmastime' to their playlists. The track was also featured on the Guardian Music website.

Saturday 1 December - 11am-2.30pm: small music stage in Baldock High Street as part of the Christmas Market featuring Mr Speaker and other local artists.
- 5pm: 'It's Christmastime' will see it's first official public performance as the Christmas lights are switched on in Letchworth town centre.
- 8pm: Orange Tree pub in Baldock, free entry - 'It's Christmastime' and the rest of the album will be played in its entirety!
