Benefits of Oceans of Hope
The Oceans of Hope sailing project, in which people with MS crewed a yacht around the world, led to lower levels of depression and anxiety, better quality of life, and improved well-being and self-esteem, according to an analysis of blogs from the trip

Prescription charges going up
Prescription charges in England will go up by 20p to £9 per item from April. Annual and three month prescription prepayment certificates (PPC) will stay at the current level. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland don't have prescription charges
