Cocoa made from dark chocolate may improve MS fatigue
Drinking a mug of cocoa made from dark chocolate, rich in flavonoids, once a day could help reduce MS fatigue. In this UK study, after six weeks, there was a small improvement in fatigue in eleven of those drinking the high-flavonoid cocoa compared with eight of those drinking the low-flavonoid version.
