The Fundraising Standards Board today published its report into charities’ treatment of Olive Cooke. The report highlights the practice among some charities of sharing or selling their contacts details, which led to Mrs Cooke being inundated by charity requests. We’d like to reassure you that the MS Trust has never and will never do this.
