Three people with MS have been selected to compete in the forthcoming Paralympics: Anne Dunham and Simon Laurens will represent the UK para-dressage team in Hong Kong in September and Stephanie Millward joins the Beijing swimming team.

Strategic Health Authorities have been publishing vision documents mapping the future of the NHS around England. These documents will contribute to Our NHS Our Future, Lord Darzi's report on the future of the health service which is expected to be published in June 2008.
