Call for posters from health professionals
This is an opportunity to tell everyone what you are doing. No matter how small the project, if it is current and relevant to the care of people with MS, we want to hear from you!
In recognition of the increasing quality of the posters submitted, the top three authors will have the opportunity to present their research to their peers during the conference closing session. The prize for the best poster will be a free place at next year's conference.
- Posters will be on display for the duration the conference.
- There is time in the programme for poster authors to respond to informal questions from other delegates about their project.
- Notification as to whether your poster has been accepted will be sent no later than mid September 2009.
- Authors must register for the conference if their poster is accepted. There will be no assistance with costs from the conference organisers.
- All poster applications must be received by 28 August 2009.
- Posters accepted for the competition must be received as a pdf file by 16 October 2009.
- All Posters accepted for the competition will be loaded onto memory sticks for delegates in pdf format.
- The authors of the top three posters will be invited to give a five minute presentation in the closing session of the conference on Tuesday 10 November.
