Fees and funding

Conference fees

The MS Trust Annual Conference is an all inclusive package comprising of:

  • All education sessions
  • Two nights' accommodation at Chesford Grange or Stratford Manor (arriving 7 November and departing 9 November)
  • All meals
  • Conference gala dinner and disco
  • Entrance to the Information Zone
  • Entrance to the exhibition throughout the event

The total delegate fee is £575 + VAT

You can also book accommodation through the Conference secretariat for Saturday 6 November at Chesford Grange for an additional fee of £89 (inc VAT) - bed and breakfast rate. Please note that this is to be paid by delegates directly to the hotel on departure.

If you wish to attend the MS Trust Conference and have tried to secure funding from your employer but are having difficulty, here are some funding options you may wish to apply for:

If you are applying for a bursary to support your attendance at the MS Trust Annual Conference, please do not book online until your bursary has been confirmed and you have been given your personal booking code. Once this is confirmed then please register for the event.

Andrew Previté Fund

The purpose of the fund is to enable health professionals to best meet the needs of people with MS by expanding their MS knowledge and skills. Open to all health professionals working in a clinical role with people with MS to develop their clinical expertise and expand their skills base. To apply for funding towards the MS Trust Annual Conference all applications must be received by 30 September 2010.

Therapists Bursary Fund

This fund is open to therapists with a special interest in MS seeking help with funding. The fund offers therapists the opportunity to expand their knowledge and improve their skills in the complex area of MS. To apply for funding towards the MS Trust Annual Conference all applications must be received by 30 September 2010.
