Investigation into improving support to maintain people with MS in employment

It is estimated that within ten years of onset, 50-80% people with MS are likely to be unemployed and that this is far from disability-related. This four year study, begun in 2004, will examine the issues of accessing support by people with MS who wish to remain in employment, and of professionals when giving that support. Good practice and practical support interventions will be identified and recommendations made for further action.
