MS Awareness Week (22-28 April) is fast approaching and there are lots of different ways you can get involved to help us support people living with MS today. Here you’ll find information on this year's Move it for MS campaign, which is all about staying active with MS, plus posters and social sharing images to help you spread the word about MS and the work of the MS Trust.
Spread the word
This year MS Awareness Week runs from 22-28 April, and we want you to speak up about MS and the work of the MS Trust. Take a look at our posters and social sharing images to help you spread the word.
Miles for MS

Move it for MS
This MS Awareness Week (22-28 April) we’re encouraging everyone to pop on their pumps and introduce a little activity – big or small – into their daily routine. Staying active doesn’t need to mean running marathons or going to the gym, it’s about doing it at your own level, at your own pace. Doing it YOUR WAY.
Zumba for MS
Come and get active with the MS Trust as part of Move it for MS. Join us on Wednesday 24th April and show us your dance moves.
Dance-along this MS Awareness Week
Don your dancing shoes and dig out those legwarmers... it's time to Move it for MS this MS Awareness Week!
