Vitamin D recommendation for general population

A review by the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) says most people should take vitamin D supplements in the autumn and winter.  Their review of the evidence includes looking at the value of vitamin D supplementation in MS but concludes that the evidence is weak
