Sitting at a table.

Step one

Place one elbow on the table and your hand flat and palm down in front of the other shoulder.

Step two

Lift the hand and roll the forearm away from your body so that it ends up palm upwards. Keep both shoulders steady.

Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
