A to Z of MS Action MS
Action MS is a charity that has been offering support to people with multiple sclerosis in Northern Ireland since 1976.
Action MS services include:
- A befriending service to help reduce the sense of loneliness that a person with MS may experience and to encourage people to get back into their local community
- Reflexology for people with MS living in the Mid Ulster and Coleraine areas
- Help with holidays through the Action MS Medicare Breaks programme
- Local support groups
Action MS have published a children's storybook called A Fishy Tale, which uses a story to explain what is happening to a parent with MS.
