Funding your learning
The MS Trust runs generous bursary schemes for registered nurses and health professionals to access funding to support their professional development.
Sunday 22 to Tuesday 24 March 2026
Join us at the MS Trust Conference 2026 for the most up‑to‑date, evidence‑driven insights in MS care. Across three inspiring days, leading experts, new research, and practical, multidisciplinary learning come together to equip every MS professional with the knowledge, confidence and tools to deliver outstanding, person‑centred care. This is where the latest science meets real‑world practice — and where the MS community moves forward, together.
The MS Trust conference is a fantastic event for MS health professionals. It provides an opportunity to learn about the latest treatments, therapies, developments in clinical practice and research from world-class key opinion leaders as well as share expertise and focus on improving care for everyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis.
Very grateful for the opportunity to attend conference. After all these years in MS nursing, it still seems such a privilege to learn and share in such a supported way. Thank you again!

At the MS Trust Conference 2026, you’ll get the latest evidence, essential clinical updates, and real‑world tools that help you make a difference every day. Over three fast‑moving days, leading clinicians, researchers and specialists will break down what’s new, what’s changing, and what it all means for your practice.
From the newest diagnostic criteria and evolving concepts like RAW and PIRA, to ageing with MS, pregnancy planning, advanced symptom management, equity in care, and the realities of service transformation—this is where complex topics are made practical, clear and usable.
You’ll dive into hands‑on sessions, sharpen clinical reasoning, explore cutting‑edge approaches across the MDT, and gain ideas you can take straight back to clinic. It’s also your chance to connect with colleagues who understand the pressures and possibilities of MS care—and to be part of a community committed to improving life for people living with MS.
To help fund your conference attendance, the MS Trust offers generous bursary schemes covering up to 80% of the cost of the three-day package. These bursaries are for MS nurses and allied health professionals who work regularly with people with MS and mean that you could pay as little as £134.40 (inclusive of VAT) for the three-day event.
If you are eligible for a bursary, you will be sent an email outlining details and the funding code that you need to use to register online.

Applications for the 2026 poster competition are now open!
The MS Trust conference poster exhibition provides an opportunity to showcase examples of excellence in research, evidence and practice in MS care.
Posters will be displayed throughout the conference and there is time in the programme for poster authors to respond to delegate questions.
The core theme of conference 2026 focuses on embedding evidence into clinical practice and the impact this can have for people living with MS. In our new strategy, we focus on the research and innovation that can make a difference to people living with MS today. We welcome posters that showcase evidence-based interventions that can swiftly be put into clinical practice.
Submitted posters are encouraged to be aligned with these themes.
The provisional 2026 educational programme is now available.
The MS Trust conference will be held at the Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue (formerly known as Jurys Inn Hinckley Island). Located just off the M69 motorway between Leicester and Coventry, Hinckley Island is easy to reach by rail, road or air.
