Mike and Sally Whitton break all records!
Mike and Sally opened their garden on 18 July 2010. They served tea and cakes, had a raffle and sold pictures of their lovely garden which had been taken by a friend.
Sally says:, "The sun shone, it was a glorious day and we would like to thank everyone who came along to our garden party in aid of the MS Trust.
"It was a team effort and without the help of all our friends, it would not have been possible. We want to thank the ladies who baked cakes, those of you who provided chairs, tables, cups and saucers, gazebos and help on the day, also for the excellent posters and photos, a massive THANK YOU.
"What a huge success it has been, it is heartening to know that so many people are keen to help such a worthy cause. We have raised, to date, the magnificent sum of £2,310, which includes our on-line donations as well."
Mike and Sally are our highest fundraisers from this year's garden events. We're absolutely thrilled that their event was so successful, and simply want to say a huge THANK YOU from us too.
