Case studies of innovative practice
We asked MS health professionals whether they used any innovative methods in their practice to improve the efficiency of their service. We have listed these examples of effective ways of working here. They may be used as a guide for implementing similar methods in other services, where this is appropriate and useful.
Steps to improving MS care
We have developed a list of potential steps MS teams could implement to help make MS care more efficient, effective and equitable for people with MS in their area, based on our MS Forward View consensus statements. If every MS team implements one or more of these ideas, we can all make a big difference to services for people with MS.
Celebrating innovative practice: QuDoS in MS
The QuDoS in MS awards recognise the contributions of healthcare professionals and teams to improving care for people living with MS. QuDoS is a fantastic opportunity to recognise, celebrate and promote your team’s work. On this page, you will find summaries of this year’s winners and information on how to enter yourself, or nominate someone/a team you know.
MS Forward View
Building on the work undertaken in the GEMSS programme, the MS Trust has launched an innovative one-year project to look at how MS services can provide greater access to care, making best use of current resources and skills, and measure equity of access to services for everyone with a diagnosis of MS.
