It is an unfortunate fact of life that when people are diagnosed with MS, the range of financial products available to them is reduced and the premiums charged increased. Not all providers will take this narrow view of MS, and it can be possible to find competitive rates. The MS Trust is unable to recommend specific companies, but the following links may be useful.

Knowing that people with MS sometimes experience problems in obtaining insurance, the MS Trust has worked with Heath Lambert, a leading insurance broker, to provide a range of insurance and financial services products that are specifically tailored to meet the requirements of people with MS and their families. Heath Lambert has a dedicated enquiry line manned by staff who have an understanding of the problems people with MS face. The policies available include travel, life assurance, household, motor and pet insurance.

For every policy sold via the dedicated phone line or via the insurance leaflet, the MS Trust will receive a donation at no extra cost to the customer.
