Move It For MS - exercise DVD
The MS Trust's Move It For MS exercise DVD, features Mr Motivator and aims to make exercise fun and engaging, to enable people with multiple sclerosis to work through beneficial routines in their own homes.
Following on from the book (now web pages) Exercises for people with MS, the DVD provides an important visual aid for information and support for managing multiple sclerosis through regular exercise.
The DVD is available directly from the MS Trust at a cost of £1 (one copy per order).
