Five things you can do for FREE to help the MS Trust

14 January 2020

We are hugely grateful for all your donations and support. However, we know that it can be hard to find spare cash, especially in January. So here are five things to do that will help the MS Trust and will help our money go further, without costing you a penny!

  1. Accept the cookies on our website. We want to see how well our website works, and for that we need cookies to track how users move around our site.  When we have lots of tracked users, Google gives us a better service, and makes sure our pages move to the top of the search. Google also provides a free advertising budget for charities; the more users we can track the higher the level of budget we can acess. You can personalise which cookies you accept in our cookies control centre, and if you prefer not to accept any, you will still be able to access our site.
  1. Subscribe to our YouTube channels. YouTube gives a higher ranking to channels that have more subscribers, and ensures their posts are seen by more people. It costs you nothing, plus you’re guaranteed to see all our films. It’s an all-round win!
  1. Sign up to Amazon Smile. If you make any purchase, from pants to printer ink, Amazon will donate a percentage of the cost to the MS Trust. The price you pay is exactly the same.
  1. Like and share our social media posts. Help us increase awareness of MS and introduce others to our vital work. You never know who might benefit from seeing a message from us. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  1. Pass on your copy of Open Door. You could leave it at your hairdressers, workplace or doctor’s surgery so someone else can get the benefit of our information and support. Once you’ve finished it, of course!
