Fundraising Support Officer
Job title: Fundraising Support Officer - Initial 6 month contract
Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire, 35 hours per week (9am - 5pm)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced administrator, to help us deliver excellent customer service support to our beneficiaries and supporters. You will be working closely with our Office Manager to deliver on all areas of database (Raisers Edge) admin.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with detailed database work, have accurate attention to detail, understand and provide an outstanding supporter experience whilst being a team player and flexible.
The job will also include being in contact with a range of supporters and external stakeholders, maintaining relationships and enhancing the reputation of the MS Trust.

Health Professional Programme Coordinator
Job title: Health Professional Programme Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Health Professional Programmes
The MS Trust leads in providing professional development and support for health professionals working in multiple sclerosis. In this role you will support and coordinate the delivery of the MS Trust’s MS Specialist Nurse Programme and Advanced MS Champions Programme. This is a varied role, where you will provide high level administration support and work with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
Essential will be your experience of project management as you engage in the organisation’s programmes to ensure people with MS can access the best care possible. If you are highly organised, enthusiastic and keen to be involved in improving services for people living with MS, we would be delighted to hear from you.
