It may be helpful to discuss issues relating to multiple sclerosis, treatments and management of symptoms and life spent living with the condition with other people with first hand experience of MS.
Some people like to meet other people with MS to discuss issues face to face. The MS Society has branches around the UK and there also some independent local groups, including groups specifically set up for people with MS in the 20s and 30s and these are on the Map of MS services.
Other people are more comfortable with the distance provided by talking to people online. There is an ever growing range of website, blogs, discussion groups, Facebook pages, Twitter and other online sites where people with MS can share experiences and ask questions.
The links below give a few examples of the many groups that exist.
