We are seeking a Digital Assistant, a new role, designed to help us achieve more with our limited resources by ensuring that we track how people affected by MS interact with us through our digital channels, and that we use that data to improve our services. In addition, the post holder would help us ensure that the content on our Drupal website is accessible to all through effective user journeys.
The role would suit someone recently qualified in the field of digital, marketing or comms, who has an interest and appetite for collecting and using data to good effect, and who is looking for some real world experience in how to use their knowledge of analytical systems, such as Google Analytics. The post is full-time, based in Letchworth, and offers full training and development in how we use a range of systems, including Drupal, Google Analytics, and Raiser’s Edge.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multiple Sclerosis nurse to join the Neurology department at the RD&E. Working alongside the Specialist MS nurse, MS secretary and neurologists the post holder will provide nursing advice, support and care to people living with MS in Exeter, East and Mid Devon.
This role offers an experienced nurse the opportunity to develop an in-depth knowledge of MS, use their clinical skills to manage the care of patients across the disease spectrum, and become skilled in educating patients, carers and healthcare professionals to manage MS. Training and development opportunities will be offered.
Together with the MS Nurse Specialist the post holder willmanage aclinical caseload of patients and will undertake face to face andtelephoneclinics independently, in both acute and community settings. Applicants should be dynamic and motivated and ready to develop this role. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to work collaboratively with patients, carers, within multidisciplinary teams and the MS research team.
