On this page you can find a collection of videos, infographics and posters that we hope you will help us to share with the world. Below are some ideas on what you could do to help us spread the word about our Help put MS on the map campaign and MS in general. Please contact us for ideas and materials to help you raise awareness of MS - email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01462 476700.
Get social with us
Why not use your online social networks such as Twitter and Facebook to help raise awareness of MS? We would love it if you followed us on Facebook and Twitter and shared or retweeted our posts. You could also tweet facts about MS, download and share the infographics below or turn your profile photo blue for the week to show your support.
Put up posters in your local area
The MS Trust can provide you with posters to display in your local area and this can be a very effective way to get information to the people that need it. With permission, you could display these posters in your library, gym, GP surgery, local supermarket or newsagent, or anywhere that might get people's attention. You can download and print our posters below, or we can send you a copy in the post.
Set up an information stand or hold an information event
You could set up an MS information stand at work, in your local library, your GP surgery, a local hospital or therapy centre, or anywhere that you think might reach people who would like to find out more about MS. Or you could organise an event with friends, colleagues or family to help give them a better understanding of MS and its effects. We can provide you with materials and information to display, whether you are doing this on a small or large scale.
Write a letter to your local newspaper
Write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper. The local press are always looking for good letters to print, and the letters to the editor section is a must-read. You could share your MS story or just spread some facts about MS.
